They are cited solely for the purposes of objective comparison, with no commercial relationship or partnership.

5. Terms of participation in the beta
Participation in the test programme is free, personal and with no commitment as to duration. It requires:
- an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, with the TestFlight app;
- acceptance of the terms of Apple's TestFlight programme;
- use of the app in a domestic, personal setting.
An application is not an admission: places are limited and the panel is assembled to cover a variety of household situations. The publisher may end the programme, or an individual participation, at any time and without cause.
A beta build is by nature unfinished: it may contain defects, and data loss cannot be ruled out. No guarantee of availability, performance or data integrity is owed during this phase.
6. Liability
The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without being able to guarantee its completeness. The upkeep advice offered by the app is indicative and does not replace manufacturers' instructions or the intervention of a qualified professional, in particular for gas, electrical and heating installations.
7. Links
This site contains no third-party script and establishes no connection to an external service while being browsed. The only outbound links are explicit and signposted as such.
8. Site languages
This site is published in French and in English. In the event of any divergence of interpretation between the two versions, the French version prevails.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
